Discussion On The Alcoholism And Why Alcohol Should Be Illegal

Many cultures believe drinking and partying is socially acceptable. Alcohol can cause a loss of judgment and alter your personality and character. This argumentative essay will explain why alcohol shouldn’t be allowed in countries.

It can be argued that alcohol consumption dates back to Biblical times. But the most iconic moment of all is the last supper. Jesus shared communion with his disciples just before he was killed. They ate bread and drunk wine, but it didn’t have as many effects as today. It was more like grape juice, and not fermented. As the world has developed, we have found new ways to make alcohol. The ABV, which is the alcohol-by-volume, indicates how much alcohol the drink contains. Alcohol is made up of a chemical compound called ethanol. This chemical compound is usually found in alcoholic beverages. In the United States, 21 is the legal age to consume alcohol. In other countries, it is 18. Between 21 and 27 years old, the brain of a human being is not fully developed. Most teenagers decide this age is too late and continue to drink at social events and parties. Many parents, who were also young drinkers, ignore their children and encourage them to repeat the same mistakes.

Drinking can lead you to die from liver failure, nausea and dehydration. People drink alcohol to escape from daily troubles and worries. It can lead to emotional distress and tears in families as well as their relationships. It is a leading cause of divorce and can also lead to the breakdown of relationships.

Drinking alcohol can be a way to relax and let go of control. Some people can’t let go of the daily grind and need alcohol in order to have fun with other people. It is essential for some people to maintain their energy levels and keep their social lives going. Ironically, it can also reduce your risk of developing dementia. It prevents common colds and makes people feel better, which could also be called bipolar disorder.

This is my conclusion. Alcohol shouldn’t be your daily life. It is possible to live your entire life without knowing the smell of alcohol and still have a fulfilling life. Although I have never seen alcohol break down families, I have heard many stories about it. If alcoholism is a curse in your family’s history, it’s possible to break that chain by refusing any further. While it doesn’t make your life more fun or cooler, it can change the course of your entire life.
